Experience:

When I began my Real Estate career in 1999 I primarily concentrated on single
family housing in Foley and Gulf Shores, Al. I made a career move to focus on
condominium and beach property investment sales in April of 2000. Since this
time I have sold existing and pre-construction properties in Gulf Shores, Orange
Beach, and Ft. Morgan in Al., and Perdido Key in Florida.

In May of 2001 when I joined the team at Century 21 Professional Partners I 

  began  to focus on new Condominium sales. Some of these projects that I have

 had the  pleasure of assisting both buyers and sellers with are....Grand

 Caribbean, Admirals Quarters, The Pass, The Lighthouse, SanCarlos, Sunrise

 Beach, The Shores of Panama, Beach Colony, The Windemere, Sunset Bay,

 The Moorings, and the Enclave At Oak Hill.

I am very experienced with helping my clients sell and buy condominium’s. In
this process I provide help with much needed information such as condominium documents, budgets, information on any pending litigations, pending assessments or known upcoming assessments. I have the experience to help you and your lender get through the mortgage process as well as working closely with the title company to insure a smooth and pleasant experience.
